The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for an outline planning application for a residential development of up to 100no. dwellings and associated infrastructure following demolition of existing buildings on site, with access for approval and all other matters for subsequent approval at Rectory Farm, Chescombe Road, Yatton, Bristol BS49 4EU in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 21/P/0236/OUT, dated 22 January 2021, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions.
