The development proposed for the demolition of existing vacant farm shop and construction of 12 dwellinghouses with associated infrastructure has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Charles McDermott c/o Trail Architects against the decision of Pendle Borough Council.
The application Ref 22/0424/FUL, dated 23 June 2022, was refused by notice dated 18 November 2022.
