The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission has been refused for the erection of up to 85 new dwellings of mixed tenure on land between Rodda’s Road and Penhall Lane and new highway access. The application Ref PA16/11743, dated 13 December 2016, was refused by notice dated 6 April 2017. The appeal is made by Oceans Reach (Cornwall) Ltd against the decision of Cornwall Council.
