The appeal is allowed, and outline planning permission is granted with all matters reserved, except for access, for up to 50 dwellings and associated works at Rose Villa Farm, Barton, DL10 6LU in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 21/00133/OUT, dated 16 February 2021, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions.
