The proposed development for an outline application for the erection of 74 dwellings (and the retention of Rosedene Farm), provision of accesses, landscaping and play space along with an area of public open space following the demolition of existing buildings has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Edward Searl of Fairfax Acquisitions Ltd against the decision of Surrey Heath Borough Council.
The application Ref 19/0154, dated 21 February 2019, was refused by notice dated 17 January 2020.
