The proposed development for construction of 29 dwellings (15 Affordable and 14 Open Market), Shop & Flat (A1) and Associated works has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by West Country Land and Developments against the decision of Cornwall Council.
The application Ref PA20/02791, dated 29 March 2020, was refused by notice dated 20 July 2020.
