The appeal is allowed and the reserved matters are approved, namely appearance, landscaping, layout and scale details submitted in pursuance of condition No 1 attached to planning permission Ref DC/14/03761/OUT/WESTWW granted on 11 August 2016, subject to the conditions contained in the schedule at the end of this decision.
