The development proposed for the erection of 99 holiday lodges with reception building, reconfiguration of the golf course and use of building as a golf academy and greenkeeper’s store has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Scarthingwell Golf Club against the decision of Selby District Council.
The application Ref 2020/1013/FULM, dated 16 September 2020, was refused by notice dated 20 September 2021.
