The proposed development for a new access road, 15 dwellings, car parking, amenity space and associated landscaping has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Beaulieu Homes Southern Ltd against the decision of Bracknell Forest Borough Council.
The application Ref 19/00888/FUL, dated 15 August 2019, was refused by notice dated 30 July 2020.
