The development proposed for demolition of offices and erection of new development of 63 flats with underground parking has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Millen Homes Ltd against the decision of Three Rivers District Council.
The application Ref 19/1685/OUT, dated 3 September 2019, was refused by notice dated 30 March 2020.
