The development proposed for demolition of the existing building and development of 34 residential apartments (Use Class C3) with external landscaping, access, car parking and associated works has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr John Burgwin of Investin Sheldon Falmouth Developments Ltd against the decision of Cornwall Council.
The application Ref PA19/07108, dated 9 September 2018, was refused by notice dated 28 July 2020.
