The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of 23 dwellings with associated landscaping/parking at Shelton Day Centre,Cemetery Road, Shelton, Stoke-on-Trent ST4 2DL in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 58335, dated 9 May 2015, subject to the conditions set out in the attached schedule. The appeal is made by Mr Javaid Iqbal against Stoke on Trent Council.
