The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the demolition of existing dwelling and construction of 12 dwellings, public open space, access, parking and landscaping and other associated works on Soldiers Field House, Soldiers Field Lane, Findon, BN14 0SH, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref. SDNP/19/01876/FUL, dated 12 April 2019, and subject to the conditions listed in the Annex to this decision.
