Appeal B: The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for enabling works comprising the provision of construction access, site preparation and Appeal Decisions APP/T0355/W/23/3333831 https://www.gov.uk/planning-inspectorate 2 earthworks at Spencer’s Farm, North of Lutman Lane, Maidenhead in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 22/01540, dated 30 May 2022, subject to conditions.
