The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the redevelopment of the St George’s Hospital site inclusive of partial demolition and conversion of existing buildings to provide up to 290 dwellings on 10.0 ha of the wider site, together with associated car parking, landscape and infrastructure works at St George’s Hospital, Suttons Lane, Hornchurch in accordance with the terms of the application, ref. P0321.15, dated 20 February 2015, subject to the conditions set out on the schedule attached to this decision. The appeal is made by Mr Andy Strange – NHS Property Services against the decision ofthe Council of the London Borough of Havering.
