The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for 285 residential dwellings with associated infrastructure and landscaping at Land to the North of St Michael’s Avenue, New Hartley, Northumberland, NE25 0SB in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 15/01182/FUL, dated 17 April 2015,subject to the conditions contained in the schedule at the end of this decision. The appeal is made by Barratt David Wilson North East against the decision of Northumberland County Council.
