The development proposed for the demolition of existing buildings and erection of 29 residential units comprising houses and apartments, associated car parking, landscaping and associated works has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Pennyfarthing Homes Ltd against the decision of BCP Council.
The application Ref 8/19/1172/FUL, dated 9 August 2019, was refused by notice dated 22 March 2021.
