The development proposed for the erection of 52 dwellings with associated access, parking and landscaping, together with a new sports pavilion with associated facilities has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Wycliffe College and The Guinness Partnership against the decision of Stroud District Council.
The application Ref S.20/2161/FUL, dated 7 October 2020, was refused by notice dated 22 October 2021.
