The development proposed was described as “Development comprising 33 dwellings along with associated public open space and highways improvements with all matters reserved other than access” has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Oakford Homes against the decision of Mole Valley District Council.
The application Ref MO/2022/1009/OUT, dated 7 June 2022, was refused by notice dated 7 October 2022.
