The development proposed described as an entry level housing exception scheme of 30 dwellings, central open space area (including SUDs) with access onto Hartwell Road has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Clayson Country Homes and Paradigm Housing Group against the decision of Milton Keynes Council.
The application, ref. 20/03339/FUL, dated 21 December 2020, was refused by notice dated 27 April 2021.
