The development proposed of the erection of 13 dwellings, central open space area(including SUDs) and access onto Hartwell Road has been dismissed.
The main issues are:
•whether the appeal site is an appropriate location for development of thistype, having regard to access to local services and facilities and developmentplan policies,
•the effect of the development on the character and appearance of the area,and
•whether the Council can demonstrate a National Planning Policy Framework(the Framework) compliant supply of deliverable housing sites.
