The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for retention of the northern elevation to the Old Electricity Works building and adjoining façade of the warehouse building and demolition of all other existing buildings and construction of new buildings between two and six storeys in height to provide 107 flats (64 x 1 bed, 31 x 2 bed, 12 x 3 bed), 499sqm of office floor space and associated parking, landscaping and access works at The Old Electricity Works, Campfield Road, St Albans, AL1 5HT in accordance with the terms of the application ref: 5/19/3164, dated 17 December 2019, subject to the conditions.
