The development proposed for a retirement home (up to 52 bedrooms-Use Class C3) for the over 55’s including, dentist (Use Class D1) of up to 70 square metres (sqm) floorspace and underground car park has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Robert Rouse against the decision of Thurrock Borough Council.
The application Ref 20/00454/OUT, dated 24 July 2020, was refused by notice dated 26 October 2020.
