The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for development of up to 20 residential dwellings with associated access, parking, open space and landscaping. Access into the site to be considered, all other matters reserved at land to the west of Trowe’s Lane, Swallowfield, Wokingham in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref. 162498, dated 2 September 2016, subject to the conditions set out in the Schedule of Conditions at the end of this decision. The appeal is made by Cove Construction Limited against the decision of Wokingham Borough Council.
