The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for an outline planning application for a residential development of up to 200 dwellings, public open space, access and associated infrastructure; detailed approval is sought for access arrangements from Waterloo Road, with all other matters to be reserved at land at Waterloo Road, Bidford-on-Avon, Warwickshire in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 14/03027/OUT, dated 31 October 2014, subject to the conditions in the attached schedule. The appeal is made by Miller Homes Limited against Stratford on Avon District Council.
