The development proposed for demolition of existing building and construction of 48no. apartments, together with landscaping, car parking, bin stores, secure cycle parking and associated infrastructure has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Gupta of GG Oxford Investments Ltd against the decision of Cherwell District Council.
The application Ref 21/02573/F, dated 26 July 2021, was refused by notice dated 18 July 2022.
