The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for up to 50 dwellings with associated parking, hard/soft landscaping and open space, drainage and infrastructure at Land off Wentwood Drive, Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset, BS24 9ND in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 15/P/0983/O, dated 17 April 2015, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Schedule. The appeal is made by Coldharbour Ltd against North Somerset Council.
