The development proposed was described as, ‘outline application with all matters reserved for a 67 unit retirement scheme (including 30% affordable)’ has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Jamie Patterson of C/o Stonegate Homes against the decision of Waverley Borough Council.
The application Ref WA/2021/0328, dated 27 January 2021, was refused by notice dated 20 July 2021.
