The appeal is allowed such that planning permission is granted for 61 dwellings, access and open space following the demolition of two dwellings (38 and 38A Station Road) and outline planning permission is granted for 0.72ha of employment land for Use Class E at Widham Farm, Purton in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref PL/2021/06918, subject to the conditions.
