The development proposed for full application for a mixed use development comprising the proposed erection of 23 dwellings and community hall with vehicular access off Brookers Hill and pedestrian and cycle access from Hollow Lane together with open space and landscaping has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Trevor & Lisa Collins, P Byfield & Kahn Properties Limited & E Rube against the decision of Wokingham Borough Council.
The application Ref 203560, dated 18 December 2020, was refused by notice dated 16 April 2021.
