Richborough promoted a 5.75 hectare site to the North of Bottesford, Leicestershire for residential development of approximately 88 dwellings of varying size (2, 3 & 4-bed) including 37% affordable housing, extensive areas of public open space and a 30 bay car park to serve Bottesford Railway Station.
On the 28th September 2017, the Planning Committee resolved to grant planning permission subject to the completion of a s106 agreement. The site was marketed by Fisher German and successfully sold in 2018 to Miller Homes.
