We have submitted an outline planning application that will play an important part in adressing Lewes District’s housing need, creating a place that is both resilient and welcoming for future generations.
Our proposals include:
- Up to 180 high-quality market and affordable new homes, designed to respond to the area’s growing need for both affordable and market housing.
- A proposed village green and play areas for all ages will provide opportunities for leisure and connection, while green infrastructure and active travel routes will encourage healthier lifestyles and stronger community links.
