We’ve submitted a planning application for this 25.2 acre site that meets the requirements of the West March Strategic Allocation in Fenland District Council’s adopted Local Plan.
The application is for 230 homes with 20% affordable provision and also provides new public open space and also provides a network of natural and semi-natural areas for the benefit and enjoyment of new and existing residents. There is dedicated provision for play space and communal food growing, as well as a high-quality sustainable drainage strategy across the site which enhances ecology, landscaping and character.
