Richborough is promoting a 3.85-acre parcel of land off Chalk Road in Higham.
We submitted a planning application proposing:
- Up to 40 homes, half of which would be affordable housing, to help address local need
- Public open space including a playground footpaths and parking
- Vehicle access from Chalk Road.
We have secured a Resolution to Grant Planning Permission for this scheme.
