Richborough promoted a 10.1 acre residential site off Claro Road, Harrogate.
Located close to Harrogate town centre, our design led vision secured planning permission for:
- 95 much needed family homes including 38 affordable properties
- High quality green space and tree planting
- New footpath and cycle greenway to connect the site and other housing allocations in the area with both Harrogate town centre and The Stray. Other community benefits will include affordable housing
- Education contributions
The land was acquired by development partner Redrow, who delivered the scheme as Granby Meadows.
