In October 2021 we entered into an agreement to promote land at Lampits Hill, Corringham in Essex.
The site is located in Thurrock Borough and is capable of delivering approximately 120 new homes of which 35% would be affordable.
We are working with key stakeholders to promote this 14-acre site through Thurrock’s emerging Local Plan to assist the delivery of much needed new homes in the borough.
