The land at Crown Lane comprises some 17.3 acres of agricultural land situated on the on the north western edge of Wychbold. There are two parts to the site.
The land to the west of Crown Lane is situated outside of the Green Belt and forms the larger parcel. It comprises a single field which is broadly rectilinear in shape.
The main site is capable of supporting some 85 new homes alongside a 75-bed care facility.
The development of the site would be a logical, sustainable extension to the village of Wychbold and would have the capacity to deliver a choice of dwelling types, sizes and tenures, including care.
Currently being promoted through the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
