Richborough promoted a 91-acre site to the west of Dickens Heath, Solihull. The site was a proposed allocation in the Solihull District Local Plan and we submitted an outline planning application for 447 homes after the Local Plan was submitted for examination. In 2024 the Local Plan was subsequently found unsound and withdrawn.
