Richborough is promoting a 45-acre parcel of land in Bletchley, Milton Keynes.
We submitted a design-led planning application for the site which is located south of Drayton Road. Our proposals include:
- Around 290 new market and affordable homes to help address housing need
- Wildflower planting, neutral grasslands, community orchard planting, public open space, areas of play and visual connections with the surrounding open countryside
Planning was granted on Appeal.
