Richborough is promoting land west of Midlands Road in Ellistown, north west Leicestershire.
In January 2025 we submitted an outline planning application for up to 75 new market and affordable homes, public open space and a children’s play area.
Richborough Commercial has also submitted an outline planning application for land east of Midland Road for up to 314,000 sq. ft of employment space.
