Comprising two land parcels that are separated by Fivefield Road, the site is part of the Keresley Sustainable Urban Extension under the Coventry Local Plan.
We have submitted an planning application proposing:
- Up to 350 new homes, including much-needed affordable housing
- New public open spaces, including play areas, cycle and pedestrian footpaths and landscaped areas
- Enhancement of the existing green infrastructure to boost and protect the biodiversity and ecology in the area and protect viewpoints from the nearby Hounds Hill.
