Richborough promoted an 11-hectare site in Cranfield, Bedfordshire, with the potential to deliver 180 homes.
The site has an excellent location within walking distance from the shops and services of Cranfield Village as well as two schools. The prestigious Cranfield University and Cranfield Airport are close by.
The site was sold to Bellway in September 2025.
