We submitted an outline planning application for high quality residential development with placemaking at its core.
Our proposals include:
- 99 market and affordable new homes to boost housing delivery
- Landscaped open spaces including equipped children’s play areas, natural play areas and other recreation opportunities for both new and existing residents
- Walking and cycling routes to ensure sustainable and attractive connectivity to the wider settlement and immediate countryside
- Biodiversity enhancements through enhancement of landscaping through new tree planting, SuDS features and the introduction of substantial areas of public open space
- Provision of Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Infrastructure for new homesdwellings
