Richborough promoted a 2.7 hectare site to the east of Frisby on the Wreake, Leicestershire for residential development of approximately 54 dwellings of varying size, including open market and affordable dwellings and landscaped public open space.
A planning application was submitted in July 2016 and approved at committee in January 2017.
The Neighbourhood Plan since allocated a further 24 units to the east of the site.
It was sold to Bellway Homes December 2017.
