On behalf of the landowner, Richborough is promoting a 14.35-acre parcel of land off Crewe Road, Shavington, Crewe.
We submitted a planning application for a new residential development for up to 120 homes with 30 per cent affordable housing provision. Public open space and landscaping are also planned.
This design-led, high-quality scheme will be a sustainable and attractive extension to the town, inspired by the context and local character of Crewe and close to local and amenities and transport links.
Resolution to grant via committee secured in January 2026.
