Richborough is promoting a 26-acre parcel of land in Eight Ash Green to unlock high quality residential development that will help address local housing need.
We submitted an outline planning application proposing:
- The delivery of up to 250 new homes, of which 30% will be affordable housing
- Public green spaces, including playground and orchard
- Walking and cycling path
We have secured a Resolution to Grant Planning Permission for this scheme.
