Richborough is pleased to be promoting this land off Higham Lane Nuneaton.
We ahve ssubmitted a design-led outline planning application proposing:
- Up to 650 new market and affordable homes
- Primary school
- New access roundabout, public open space provision
The site sits within Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council and is a second phase development to our existing Nuneaton site on the opposite side of Higham Lane, that was sold to Redrow.
