In 2024 Cotswold Oak came on board as development partner for our 29.4 acre site in Kempsey, Worcestershire. The site is bounded by Brookend Lane to the north and Post Office Lane to the south.
The development will comprise up to 40 high quality market and affordable new homes in a mix of types and sizes.
As a landscape led development, it will incorporate new publicly accessible green spaces with natural play areas which will be overlooked by homes ensuring a safe and welcoming space for recreation for both new and existing residents.
The planning application was submitted in June 2022 following extensive consultation with stakeholders and the local community.
