Richborough controlled a 14.5 acres site to the east of Warwick Road in Kenilworth.
The site was removed from the Green Belt after the adoption of the Warwick Local Plan in October 2017.
In 2018 planning consent was granted for 125 new homes, including 40 per cent affordable.
In 2019 we secured a sale to housebuilder Bovis Homes.
