Richborough Estates controlled a 14.5 acres site to the east of Warwick Road in Kenilworth.
The site was removed from the Green Belt after the adoption of the Warwick Local Plan in October 2017.
In 2018 we achieved planning consent forĀ 125 new homes, including 40 per cent affordable.
In 2019 we secured a sale to housebuilder Bovis Homes who will deliver house types ranging from starter homes to larger family properties.
This site is in an excellent location adjacent to Kenilworth Cricket Club and just a mile from the town centre. We worked extensively with local stakeholders and partners to deliver a high quality residential development that provided wider benefits to the local community including local transport improvements, public open spaces and children’s play areas.
