Richborough is promoting a circa 21 acre parcel of land in Wellesbourne for much needed new homes in a sustainable location.
Our design-led, outline planning application proposes:
- Up to 300 new homes, of which 35% will be affordable, in a range o types and sizes that respond to local housing need.
- Walkin and cycling paths and enhancements that improve acess to public open space, Wellesbourne Primary School and Wellesbourne village centre.
- Public open space that exceed that exceeds policy standards, providing opportunity for children’s play, a community garden, a sustainable drainage strategy and on site biodiversity enhancements.
The development will respect the local character of Wellesbourne and is an excellent location close to  sustainable location close to local facilities and transport connections.
